Lubricating greases
APPLICATION
Plastic grease is essential in applications where standard oils fail to provide sufficient lubrication or protection:
- High temperature / pressure / slow speed In conditions that are adverse for hydrodynamic mode, for machine start-up, for impacts and change of load in the bearing.
- Avoid oil spraying Where spraying of bearing must be avoided.
- Extreme temperature changes When for extreme change of temperatures.
- Long-term lubrication When lubrication must be provided for longer time without supervisor or operator.
- Protection from contaminants When bearing must be protected from water, solvents, dust, impurities, chemicals.
- Stay on pivot Where grease must stay on the pivot even when the machine does not move.
- Machine part protection Where grease shall also preserve the machine part.
