We are the biggest Czech producer of bio-oils and plastic lubricants and one of the biggest producers of these oils in Europe. Bio-oils and plastic lubricants are produced both on vegetable oils and synthetic esters basis. We are a holder of the ISO certificates.
Advantages of our highly biodegradable oils compared to mineral ones:
- excellent biodegradability ranging from 90 to97% according to the test CECL-33-A-93.
- mineral oil degradability ranging from 20 to 40%
- in case of leak in soil or water, the oils immediately decompose in H2O and CO2
- they are non-toxic and in combination with the biodegradability these are not dangerous both for subterranean water and fauna
- the lubricating capacity is very high and they feature high lifetime
- when decomposing they liberate so much CO2 they consume in preceding assimilation with no negative impact, the so called green house effect
- they show excellent anticorrosion and protective properties
- any contact with them does not cause any health troubles
- they are environmentally non-tainting and therefore very environmentally friendly
Their privileged position on the Czech market and export in the EU countries indicate the extraordinary quality of the oils.
